 Robert R. Vogel, MD
Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon
Dr. Vogel is a California transplant since the 1960’s. He attended Claremont Men’s College in Southern California, where he graduated cum laude with a BA in chemistry. He then spent the next nine years on post-graduate training in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Emory University School of Medicine in 1985. He then completed a general surgery internship and a four-year residency program in orthopaedic surgery at the Emory University affiliated hospitals.
He is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery, with a special interest in sports medicine and adult reconstructive surgery. He joined our practice in August of 1988 and became a partner in 1989.
Dr. Vogel has made a home in Yuba City with his wife and two children since 1988. He is an avid golfer and enjoys many outdoor sporting activities. He volunteers his time coaching little league, as well as attends local high school and college football games as attending physician for the teams.
